Nonactivation of new connection

Dear sir,

We have purchased a Data card USB on company name 13/01.At the time of purchase we have submitted all the required documents to your executive and he promised to activiate the same in 24 hrs. But now 5 days gone but the broadband USB not activated so far. In our company we have all the connections from Airtel from landline to WI-Fyi.we are very surprised that if Airtel is dealing their major customers in such a casual approach what will be the conditions with general public.

Request you again to start the same on urgent basis.
