The dataone internet service provided by BSNL in our area (Virar) is pathetic. The connection is out for 5-6 days a week. When the office is approached for compliants, i am asked to register complaint on number '198'. Inspite of registering compliant, i have receievd no calls from the company either the issue is resolved. This is happening since last 3 months. If this carelessness for customer plight continues, the government will definitely lose their portion to other private service providers in the market for sure.
