Delay in Replacement Goods Delivery (Shoes)

I have ordered Nike Black Sport Shoe (484625-001) from seventyMM.com on 21st June my ordered no is SMA0174889.

they told me within 7 to 10 days i will receive item but i got item on 7th of July. then I found that they deliver me wrong item I ordered India/UK Size: 8 and they deliver me USA 8. On the same day I send back shoes from Shree Tirupati Courier and and they received that item on 10th of July.

after so many call they didn't give me right status after so many request they transfer my call to their senior executive they told me i will receive item in next week (3rd week of July) But till now i didn't receive any single call from there side or any update.

When i submit query on SeventyMM website each time they replied me common answer which I mention below.

With reference to your mail, please be informed that complaint has been forwarded to the concern team to dispatch the replacement of the item at the earliest. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your patience is appreciated.

And they are trying to misguide as they told me that Item was not in stock but I saw same item was available on seventyMM.com for buy. What it mean?

Even I shop from fashionandyou, jabong and lots more sites but never face such issue.

I never buy anything from this site and don't refer any person about this site.

What can I do now can u please help me to resolve my issue?
