I had applied for Net-Connect on 11-Aug-08. My address & other details were verified by the next day noon. I was curious enough to know the status of my application & also wanted to update on their executive's visit. I called up on the number 080-32915151 which was provided by the representative there in the unit on the first day. I had a good response over the call & was asked to visit the branch today to collect the modem Etc. But today, when i called up at the same number, a person (i don’t want to call him a professional executive) by name Balaji picks up & shouts at me saying how i got this number & used rubbish language saying that the number i had dialed was of a video conferencing. How do i know that? The same team responded over to my previous call on the same number. Further, the UN professional idiot, doesn’t even have a courtesy to provide me the exact number to call, rather he shouts at me saying I need to contact a call center or get the number through website. Can the team, balaji in particular, be trained on the telephone atticate?
