I have paid 2000rs on 4-dec advance for website hosting. Mr. Sarvar came to me and committed many features will be given in 3500rs and in 15 days I will get website ready. he also told a thousands of layout of available and you can select from it. But after one and half months also he could show only two layout and he started saying that features told by him will not be provided in the given amount. He also says that for small project we cannot give much time. then I asked for refund of my money or give me the features what was committed. After many call he was ready to refund money (2000 rs) but whenever I call he do not pickup phone or he says I will refund it soon.
I am into Insurance business. I wanted website to promote my business. He was committed to host in 15 days and still has not be given. It damaged my business impression. I have lost many business due to this as my website name is printed on my visiting card. people visiting to the site will get very bad impression.
