sometimes back i got a mail from "[email protected]" stating that i have been selected
from India Today Group and i will also receive instant assured FREE vouchers worth Rs 25, 000 by validating my entry. And yes as per there saying i received that vouchers.
But with those vouchers i can only do shopping on www.suratdiamond.com/indiatoday. i done a shopping they promise to deliver my diamond pendent within 10/15 days. But after there is delay in delivering of my jewellary. In the mean while i and my brrother both send the mail to know the status of our dispatch jewelary, i surprised to see there reply to both of us (me and my brother) they said to my brother that they had dispatch the jewellary by Indianpost and they said to me that they dispatch it by bluedart.i done shoping on 06-04 and they dispatch it on 17-04 and then finally on 20-04 i got the dispacth. But when my father open it there is almost nothing inside that except the beautiful packing. After spending Rs8000/-(RS 5000 voucher and Rs3000/- by Credit card) we got nothing in our hand.and now i am contact them but they are neither replying to my mails nor even picking my calls. Last time when i call their no one person named deepak picked the phone and he says to me to log a FIR against a INDIANPOST for lost of diamond pendent.how can i register a compaint against IndiaPost when i got complete sealed package and my father opened it.
