I have booked a order on 100bestbuy for Iphone with the below details:

- DirecPay transaction reference number: 1001204001818441

- Transaction booking date: 04-29 14:14:11

- Transaction amount: 444

- Transaction status: Transaction Failed

The above amount was debited to my account and when i come to know that transaction has failed, i approached them to refund my money.

The Directpay.com has not yet refunded the money and now asking me to approach the merchant.
