Not delivering orders in time & cheating with the orde

I have placed an order no. s-000649714-m on 18.08.2008 for 100% Original Memory 1GB Mini Worlds Smallest MP3 Player With Speaker, delivery time 5-7 days, but the order was yet not delivered inspite of many reminders till 02.09.2008.

Sify shopping has cheated with my earlier order no. s-000645212-m, product was not supplied as per the ordeer.
