My husband Praveen Abrahm has taken new 3g Connection on 18th June.
MDN - 9036660381.
Representative named Biju came to our place and delivered the device. He told this will be activated immediately. Then 9 PM he called and said he has placed his device in the box instead of our device by mistake. On 19th we collected our device at 11 AM. We used this device for 45 mins on 19th in the evening. After that we were not able to use this. We called Biju and spoke he said there suppose to be 300 mins free on this device. When checked all these were use on 18th when device was with him.
He asked us to call customer care. when called got to know that he has not submitted our documents yet. I asked customer care people to help on this and they gave me phone number - 9036000121. I called on that number they said verification will be done in 24 hours. Next day when i dint have any one coming for verification called again that number today and they took the connection number and said have a check on the same.
Could you please tell me whether DOCOMO is going to take action on this representative who is cheating customers in the name of DOCCOMO company.
