I had purchased an item from Ebay on 25-October and paid
for it through PaisaPay (debit card and gift voucher).

The gift voucher DIWALISPL1 was for a free iBall 2GB pendrive. I had
received the item for which I paid, but till date I haven't received the
pendrive, which this gift voucher entitled me to.
It has been more than a month now...
I wrote to ebay thrice, each time I got an automated response.
They say that they have already dispatched the gift from our end on 04-11 and following are the details.
Courier Name: Blazeflash
Waybill No : 204422452
On contacting Blazeflash, they tell me that this waybill number does not exist. Also, if you go on their website to track (http://www.blazeflash.net/track.aspx), it says that there is no record on their system.
I again contacted them regarding the same by email and over phone. One of the operators told me that they would be escalating my request and that they would get back to me, but nobody does.
I also made a complaint to two of their executives on the chat complain feature on their website (Ebay Session ID: 25747180 and 25820297) but all they say is that they will escalate the complaint to their supervisors, but nothing happens.
I request you to please look into this.
