EBay India Private Limited
Rs 9491 paid online but not received product or they refunded my money

Sir,

I have purchased a Mobile phone under Ebay.in (Ebay India private Limited) and paid 9, 490.50 rupees using my credit card. But I have not received any product, Company provided me fake Airways bill number.

• Courier Name: BLUE DART

• Airway Bill Number: 13378727950

When I have raised a refund request…..company executive are playing with me like not interested to solve my issue.

Please help me to get refund of my money.
