Please see below the message that I had sent to you guys on Jan 20th. If you still dont understand give me a call 1-650-xxx-xxxx its a US number. Dear: Reliance Communications Limited,

Reliance Communications Limited

Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City

Navi Mumbai 400709,

India.

Subject: Cancel your Net card service in writing

Reliance: 937xxxxx

MDN: 937xxxxxx

PIN: 925xxxx

My name is userxx and I am writing to this latter to express my feeling about Reliance and cancel your service.

I had signed up for the Reliance Net Internet service back in Oct. We had bought the USB modem card from the Reliance sales rep in Baroda, Gujarat for Rs.3990.00 plus some other activation fee. We purchase the card as a PREPAID plan which I was told at the time of purchase that “with a purchase of USB modem I have 2month free unlimited download as a current new promotion”. I had signed up for the service as a prepaid and was further told by the sales rep “after initial use of 2month we will get a call from Reliance which we have an option to continue with the service or just tell them you do not wish to continue with service and they will discontinue the service”.

After the two month in mid Nov we did not receive any calls from Reliance about our service so, I had call them customer care using my NetCard and notify customer care rep name Ravi, that we do not wish to continue with the service and please let us know what needs to be done to cancel the service. Mr. Ravi had inform us that since you had sign up as PREPAID service your service will be cancel automatically after two month promotion. The same thing was mention to me as sales rep. Also, please check my calls logs from my NetCard number to your customer care service. I have the calls logs in my NetCard if require for further action.

Now we are receiving calls from Reliance asking for Rs.600.00 payment would not cancel my service until I give something in writing. Please correct this error on your side soon as possible and notify your rep personal to STOP calling and abusing me. This is an FRAUD, your customers are told something different at sign up and different action is taking by Reliance to its PREPAID service users.

If I receive any more calls from Reliance care asking me to pay Rs600.00 and tell me they will continue billing me until I give something in writing. I will file an FRI with Baroda Police and would like to deal this with your main branch in Mumbai.

Once again cancel my service and consider this in writing if you like. I do not have time to deal with your unprofessional service.

Sincerely,

user
