Early charges poor workmanship

Ordering and paying on same day for three products over two months ago, the third product has still not gone to stitching. None were in stitching process by week 6 and not until after I emailed them requesting status. Within a week, I recevied the first. The second item was received with shoddy and poor workmanship, beads falling off before I could remove it from the bag. Third Item still not ready for stitching.

As for the e-shopping aspect, the site is very deceiving, offering a multitude of customized styles, fabrics, etc for each dress. I was contacted via email stating the only way the dresses could be stitched are as shown in the photograph online three weeks after I had spent hours to customize fabrics and styles... all for not. The styles that were in the photo are not suiteable for me or my purposes. I have paid in excess of 400 USD for three items, none are ultimately completed (including the one not yet received) to the offered customizations, which I feel is offered to just to make the sell. Then, once the money is taken, they make whatever they want to.
