Amount Charged unnecessarily for internet even not used

Dear Sir

I wanna make it to your knowledge that i've been charged unnecessarily internet charges even when i've not used it.

I talked at customer care also and told me that my query will be solved till 24/05 but till date my query is not have been solved.

I would like to tell you that i was sitting in my exam hall giving my exam on 09/04 b/w 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at that time my cell was sitch off then also i've charged and you can also check it with the time table of B.Com Part (ii) 2011 of M.D.S. University.

So i request you to please see into the matter and please waive off my bill amount of net charges as early as possible because every day i'm receiving msg of non payment of my bill.
