Getting sms

Hi,

I have subscribed to a online shopping website fashion and you, soon after that i have started getiing messages every day, now its is 2-3 sms every day, i have requested to stop the sms, they tols me to write to customer support, i did that so, nothing happened, after that they ask me to give my mobile number on facebook, and assured me that sms will stop in 72 hours, its been 10 days since than, nothing has happened, than i get to know about other people who are also complaining for the same for past 2 months.

I want to know if anything can be done for the same.
