Fashion and you's flawed service has ensured on two separate occasions that:
a) I did not get the products I ordered for, and
b) The corresponding refund requests for both these orders are not processed.
On 1st December they delivered to me a perfume that I did not order for. Towards this, they said that they'd process a refund cheque 'at the earliest'. Almost 100 days later, I still have not received it. On 2 previous phone calls (2 weeks back), I had been assured that on both occasions, that the cheque had been shipped out and was with Blue Dart couriers (the courier service which delivered the stuff to me). Today, on a call with them for this order (130419), when I asked them to check the status, they actually said that the AWB no (or the Blue Dart tracking number for the cheque) that they themselves have for the cheque is incorrect and so can not provide it to me. Basically, they themselves do not have any shipping number for my so called 'shipped out cheque'. Also, to note is that on 24 Feb, they had assured a call back from Blue Dart within 2 working days which never happened.
Later, for order 200402, they did not deliver a T-Shirt to me which they were supposed to, though I paid them. A similar story here too, where I was supposed to have received a refund for this about 10 days back. But today, on my 3rd phone call with them for the same, they again said that they are putting in a 'priority basis refund clearing' request (or something to have it processed in 2 days). IOne cannot begin to imagine how bad their internal systems should be, if TWO "PRIORITY" requests has already been sent for the same refund already, and nothing has still been done about it.
The pathetic service is actually funny at times, when they expect that people will blindly believe them always, that the same request will be handled time and again on a 'priority basis'.
The concern is not about how big/small the amounts are. It is just over the lackluster service that they provide, how they wrongly refuse to hand back an amount that is not theirs and how they blatantly disregard all advertised/proclaimed guidelines mentioned on their websites for return/delivery timelines.
Further, I'd also like to point out that:
a) I have kept logs of the time the calls were made, the people I spoke to, etc.
b) While fashionandyou might claim to have millions of satisfied customers, all 4 out 4 of my friends who have also used fashionandyou have faced many issues (resolved and unresolved) too.
