I had ordered flowers from ferns & Petals, this was for my sister and brother in law for their wedding anniversary.
I had ordered on 16th April (order number - 700683160), and used the midnight delivery plan, this after talking to their customer care who assured me that ordered will be delivered between 11.30 pm to 12.30 AM on 17th April.
I was quite surprised to know that ordered was not delivered at all, and it quite of resulted in so much mental agony of not having provided the surprise to my sister.
What is most surprising is that after I filed the complaint with this company, they seemed so casual, and just replied me that as the order was not delivered they will refund me the money and have asked me to provide my bank details, without really giving any reason for non delivery. Another thing is that while I have made using my card, for refund they are asking me to provide bank details, ideally they should have just refunded the money to my card.
I would like to warn people against using this company, they don't care for the importance of delivery on time or to that matter not delivering the product as well.
