I placed an order (Order No.701138650) with Ferns and Petals on 26th July, requesting for a delivery date of 30th July. On 30th morning I checked my account and promptly a AWB number was displayed. Now they normally despatch through Blue DArt, so I checked the shipment status, but it came up as incorrect.
I called their customer service right away and they confirmed that it was indeed despatched on 28th July via Blue Dart and they admitted that the AWB num had been fed in wrong. They assured me that the shipment will definitely reach me that day or the next. Now FnP have always been prompt so I left it at that.
But when there was no sign of my order on 31st July either i again contacted customer support, this time a person assured me that the correct AWB number will be updated so I can track it with Blue Dart. 2 days hence nothing has happened. Today since morning I am trying to reach them and their lines are ALWAYS busy. Each time I have to hold for at least 30-40 mins before I can speak to a human being and repeat my story all over again.
Thrice I requested to be put through to a supervisor and after being put on hold my call either got transferred to another rep or got disconnected.
The fifth time I spoke to someone called Bhavna, she was understanding and offered to call me back with information. But 2 hours went past and no call. Eventually I tried customer support again, and this time I was told my shipment had been sent out through FIRST FLIGHT. The rep even put me on hold and confirmed that she has personally spoken to first flight and my order will be delivered tomorrow. I was suspicious and I called First Flight myself and gave them the new shipment number, they told me no such number exists in their records.
A nice wild goose chase i am on and apart from spending my time, energy and talk time balance, I have got no further with Ferns and Petals.
