Its basically an IT company which is into Web Hosting and has departments like: Development, Testing, Design, SEO.

This company hires resource, make them work for some time and kick them out without granting them any salary.

They just make sure to make complete usage of the resource and as soon as the work is complete, they FIRE the resource.

We were in total about 7 guys who were Fired and not given our salary till the date.
