Harrasment and no solution to the complaint

This is to bring into notice that, instead of repeated complaints and calls to the customer care, I have a broken DSL line.

My name is Subodh Konhor having a/c no:16457028.

I had raised a complaint on 6th of May to 44444121 that my line is broken for which I got a docket number 46071648. They said that an engineer would come the next day but nobody turned up.

On 8th may we called up the sales guy who had taken the request for the connection and somebody came at around 7:30 PM on 8th may. He said there is issue at the Box and he would pass the request to the respected department. Nothing happened. I called the same service engineer to check what happened and he said he is trying to get the information. He didn't turn up. After 2 days I called the customer care to check on the status. The problem is every time you call they wont pull up the history but ask us what is the problem. I don't know for what purpose do they take the information. Again I was told that an engineer would visit. As usual nobody paid a visit. Again I called the customer care and he is asking me if somebody came or not. He now assures me by EOD a senior exec would come to my place and it will be fixed. But its the same outcome. Nobody arrives.

Frustated now I call the nodal officer on Thursday. He again tells me by next day 11 AM it will be solved. But his words are also baseless. And the nodal officers office are closed on saturday and sunday. So I called the customer care again.

On telling that to take the request for disconnection he transfers the call to the manager. Her name Vijaylakshmi says that I have reached the SRT (Special Response Team) and again asks me for the details. She says That It would be rectified by next day. Its already evening of the next day and I still have a broken line. On calling again to the a SRT, somebody else picks the call and again asks for the details. When I ask for vijaylakshmi she says that she is on another call and she would call me again.

And the unexpected happens. I didn't expect such an irresponsible behavior from an executive at that level. She doesn't give me a call. Now I get it that its no point in prolonging this customer care calls. They are good for nothing I am wasting my own time.

Its 22nd May (16 days) and no connection.
