Flipkart
Not yet recieved my money from flipkart and they has taken my bag before 1 month

I had recieved an faulty bag which i had purchased from flipkart. they told me that u will recieve your money back in 2 days but now it has passed 1 month they have not gave me my money back and telling you will get money back in 48 hrs but they have not done it
