Hi,
I placed an order with this website for very over priced flowers this Valentines. They charged me an Rs.1600 for a bunch of flowers they never delivered. They were supposed to deliver the flowers at 11:00AM. Its 11:00PM now and the flowers still haven't reached. I somehow managed to track down the number of the owner of the website since the numbers on the site were not answered to (I tried about 50 times). The lady who answered the phone Ms. Poonam was extremely rude and said that on occassions like Valentines day they have too much rush and do not have time to attend to individual complaints. She refused to refund the money also saying that the website policy does not allow any refunds.
They not only ruined my valentines day surprise but also ruined my entire day. I wasted about 3 hours just trying to call them. Not to mention the Rs.1, 600.
What these guy do is, forward the orders to some local vendors in different cities and have no track of what really happens to the orders after that. They have no value for customers and do not understand the sentiment behind their bread and butter "Flowers".
While I sit and type this I can only remember everyone warning me that "Do not trust online shopping in India". I perfect example of cheating through the web.
