My name is Shiv kumar, an MBA student. Actually I bought a Data Modem-Card of Reliance; Broadband Netconnect from -- Gagan Communication (A Reliance's Franchisee) Bali Nagar, New Delhi through thier executive. I contacted to just dial and then Mrs. Neha Nagapal made a call to offer me the netconnect Broadband data card on an assurance to provide better services thereafter. But I see that when they had to sell the Data Card then they active the internet sevice on hand but after just two day my internet service turned off. and when i contacted to Costumer Care then they told me that your internet service has been turned of because of negative area verification. they also told me that you will have to resubmit your document to the nearest Reliance-Web world. i resubmited my Voter-ID Card at gurgaon Reliance outlet and they told that service will be active in two days. in between i Continuosly contacted to Delhi-Reliance outlet from where i bought the Modem but they avoided me by saying that we are sending the executive for verification by today, tomorrow, by evenign... but my internet has not been activate till yet (since last two weeks). Now can i come to know that is there any action against the That Delhi R-outlet who cheated me like this or against Reliance which is not taking any action to resolve the issue after informing them, i am very upset with the company as well, please suggest me what to do...
