I had ordered a telescope from mr. Nilesh Vayadya, GALILEO Telescope makers mumbai, through their official website through credit card for Rs. 4500/-, The merchent sent a model that was not ther product a konuspace 4 telescope which i available for Rs . 2500/-, when i complained about it to him he suggested that they are giving free bag and cleaning cloth worth Rs. - which sounded astonishing to me. i have took a decision to register a complaint to consumer court so that the merchant can not cheat other online buyers.
