Late connection of broad band

Myself vibin paid an amount of 500 on 3rd of this month to the executive of airtel for the new connection of airtel broadband. He assured me that i would get the connection within 3 days.but it has been more than 10 days.no response from their side. Before paying the money one lady named indira used to cal me daily and enqure about the details and explaind the features but after payin the money she is not picking up the phone also.i missed the contat number of the executive who came and collect the money.this is a worst example of customer service of airtel.totally pathetic.
