Demanding 35000 in

I reacived a sms from "TM-GUINNESS" which said i won 800, 000 pounds. Now i recived two phone calls:

from the said company. They are asking me to pay 35000 INR in order to transfer the money and to change it from POUNDS to RUPPESS.

I am having a bad feeling about this so I want to know if it is real or am I being made a fool by some false company.
