My phone no is 02831278209 had initially applied for a braodband connection with rural250 plan on which i am supposed to get 100 calls and 1.5gb.whereas i am getting only 75 calls as a free calls and also charged with 55.00rupees monthly rental instead of zero rental because i had applied for annual subscription of 2500/- which i had already paid in advance while applying for connection with wi-fi modem. so total amount i paid is 4506/-(2500 2006for modem) so kindly solve my issue to get a monthly bill without rental of 55.00 if i am using within the above provided limits.
