I HAD SUBSCRIBED RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS INTERNET DATA CARD SERVICE, VIDE MOB NO 9322131411.BUT DUE TO VERY POOR RESPONSE AND UNREASONABLE BILLING OPTIONS ON 26TH, JULY I CONTACTED REL.WEB AT BORIVLI WEST, MUMBAI FOR THE TERMINATION OF MY ABOVE DATA CARD.I ALSO INFORMED MS.NANDITA JADHAV AT HELP DESK THAT I HAVE ALREADY SWITCHED OVER TO MTNL'S UNLIMITED BROADBAND INTERNET.THEREFOR I WAS TOLD TO PAY FULL N FINAL BILL OF RS.331/-, VIDE INVOICE NO.S171566160 DT 26TH JULY.

THEREAFTER, FOUR TO FIVE TIMES AT THE INTERVAL OFONE MONTH, VERY PROFESSIONAL REP. OF CALL CENTERS TRIED TO PERSUADE, BUT I ALL THE TIME CONFIRMED MY REQUEST FOR TERMINATION OF DATA INTERNET.

FURTHER FROM THE MONTH OF NOV THEY HAVE TARGETED ME TO PAY RS.931, AS FULL N FINAL SETTLEMENT, GIVING THREATS OF LEGAL ACTION, WHICH I NEVER EXPECTED FROM THE PIONEERS OF TRADE.
