I am Manoj M Joshi, staying in Pune, Maharashtra. I have internet connection of Hathway (my account no. is 715114) which is not working for last 6 days. I have contacted your customer care office 3-4 times. I have been asked to sit in front of my computer with PC & Modem in ON condition. Then I was asked to do many changes like running cmd command, switching off & turning on the modem, interchanging the cable between modem & computer as per guidelines over telephone given by your customer care executives. However, after doing all the above exercise, the problem is still in unsolved condition. My present complaint no. is 7821215 dated 09/05 (you can check your records).
I was given assurance that your service engineer would be visiting my home to rectify the problem within 24 working hours. I think that it is the duty of hathway to resolve the problem. How is it that I get payment reminders on time & warning about disconnection if the payment is not made within time…?? Your official is prompt enough to collect the money, but when it comes to customer service or grievances, you seem to be least interested….. this is not acceptable at all.
Above all, I got a phone call from your Pune office today (020-65003037) & the person was talking in arrogant way. I am in my office & he was asking to switch on the modem & computer which is at my residence.
Who will take care of my problem of no connectivity…?? What about the 6 days lost by me on account of total ignorance on the part of hathway…??
Anyone who is responsible & considerate in hathway who can reply / call me & satisfy me…??
I want the problem of connectivity to be resolved by today evening under any circumstances. I am losing my plan days unnecessarily. Will you extend my plan by 7 days as compensation…??
Be fast & let me know your course of action immediately.
