I have opted for the ' happyway 512 quarterly prepaid' plan for my internet connection. it is hard to know that i am actually getting a speed of around 300 to 320 only, instead of 512 as mentioned in the plan. on complaining with the helpline the customer service office bluntly tod me that though they have proposed a 512 speed for the particular plan, the custome would actually receive a speed of around 300 only. this is clear misrepresentation and a from of cheating with the customers. kindly help and be aware of false promises given by a reputed company. kindly not my mobile number as 9821121043
