Hi, I subscribed to India Today Book Club by paying the amount around 950/- on May 18th. They provided me the subscription number ITTL-WEB-110518-147388 .And promised to send the free gift (of course which is not worth full). But till date I didn't received one book at least. After my mail they immediately reply and give some dates to again cheat me. I mailed him so many times. No body takes care of my issue. Today it's October 4th. Its almost all 5 months are over. Till now I did not get any issue. Can you please tell me how can proceed further with them.

Hi, you sent this mail on Jul2nd and you set the time for 3 working days max. But it's already 4th day running, till now I didnt get any courier or so. What about the gift you offered at the time of subscribing, you didnt mentioned about that in the below mail. Will I get the same along with the issues??

We are sorry that you had to write to us repeatedly. We do understand you have every reason to be vexed with us. However, we will like to assure you that we are equally concerned about the deliveries and would like to promise you, that we shall leave no stone unearthed from our end, so as to regularize the delivery of the magazine. We are arranging to send you the missed issue dated since 7th June'11 and same shall be delivered to you within next 2-3 working days time. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim.
In regards to the non receipt of the subscription gift, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to clarify that your subscription has commenced w.e.f the issue dated 07/06 and the gift is dispatched within 8-10 weeks after the commencement of the subscription. We have taken a note of your grievance; and will strongly take up the matter with the Postal authorities. We are sending you the replacement copy of the missed issues which shall be delivered to you within 7-8 working days. Meanwhile, as a goodwill gesture, to compensate for the non delivery of the magazines issue dated 3rd and 10th August’11. we have extended your subscription by 04 issues, as issues are running out of stock for the same.
