I had purchased a game '18 Wheels of Steel - America Across' by giving details of my credit card on 25th December night. The amount of $ 9.99 was deducted immediately but activation code is not e-mailed to my email a/c till now. The mail confirming the Order Number: 2751380 was received, followed by another mail from them stating their inability to process the order due to mismatch in the billing information. My concern is that the amount has already been charged to me. I sincerely request you to cancel the order at the earliest and refund the entire amount to my credit card account, under intimation to me.
