We had created a website thro Yahoo Small Business India during Nov. As we were not happy with their services we had requested them to cancel our website from nov. Accordingly we wrote to Yahoo Small Business India and we received their confirmation regarding cancellation of our webdomain. But to our great surprise they had debited from our Credit Card for Rs.3307.90 Dt: 08-11 as renewal of webdomain charges.
