I subscribed there reseller hosting package. As promised they were suppose to provide me Plesk CP. I was shocked to see that they are using their own custom made CP which allows me to create the domain but has a manual
process that ask me to wait unless their approval process is over. Including FTP account.
Their server uptime is very poor. Their support team are unaware about hosting technology and very naive. They have no well professional team to serve any customer needs.
