Slow broadband connection

Respected Sir,

we are the BSNL customers for last ten years. Now we use BSNL Broadband Service. The service is not good that i have expected we are in 750 plan

the actual average speed is too low and download speed is also too slow, sometimes web pages cannot be opened and also there is no proper response from the customer care services and from exchange. We are very much unsatisfied with the broad band service, So please take necessary action.
