No response on compalint

I gave a order no 913749525 for purchasing novel beghar at 25thjun, I got the book at 30th jun.

But this product is defective. The last pages of novels are missing due to printing/Binding error.

Now this novel is useless to me, so I requested to replace this book but couldn't get any answer from their site.
