We had placed an order for two 32 PC melamine dinner set through HomeShop18.com details as below.
However, the order delivered only one set but the printed details mentioned on the parcel showed Quantity '2' but there was only '1' quantity in the parcel. Also, the design and quality of the product and the company's name was totally different from what was shown online when we placed the order.
Accordingly we placed a complaint with you to take back the consignment and refund our full payment of Rs. 2, 892/- immediately.
The first complaint number placed through phone is 70203015 and we placed
another complaint through the website whose number is 70199461.
