, order no 701936821 back at our /sellers end as the delivery of the same was not accepted at the shipping address.
The order would be treated as cancelled. If any payment has been received at our end for the same the refund will be processed for the cancelled Sub Order through the same mode of payment Eg: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card's account. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided and will be sent back.

Today is 29, Jan. 2010. Till now several time I have contacted the customer care of hs18 but they are just giving false commitment and till now they have not refunded the amount.
I feel to hang Sundeep Malhotra on road. He is leading a cheater company.
