Landline Internet connection
Connection not disconnected

I got Airtel broadband internet connection one year earlier. but for any reason i shifted to another city. i had called on 121 to disconnect the connection but they have not disconnect the connection. I have called more than 20 times. every time they told your connection will be disconnected within 48 hrs. 4 months has been lapsed but still the connection is active. They called me by phone your amount is pending. i suggest to every one don't take airtel broadband internet connection. Machod airtel wale. te unha de employee di ma di lan!
