Honesty Net Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd, is an Internet service provider in the areas of Kanjurmarg, Bhandup, Vikhroli, suburban areas of Mumbai. We are, residents of Great Eastern gardens, Kanjurmarg (West), have been availing their broadband services for quite a few months. But, for the past few months their services are pathetic. Even repeated complaints are of no result. No one comes to check or rectify the problem. We are forced to renew our subscription every month as they are the only provider of the said service in the territory. Thus, they have a monopoly in that area and we have to suffer because of that.
