Hi, i am Manish Rai, from Ghaziabad, uttarpradesh, India. I bought your 3G data card from my nearest Service Center. I was told that the speed of this wireless 3G data card is 3.1mbps but when i bought this i found it very slow just 100kbps. I bought this data card worth Rs.3500/- with a unlimited plan of 999/-.
When i go to Airtel service center to ask them, why this data card is not working at that speed that u told me, they just tell me that Airtel is going to launch its new service, after that this data card will work faster.
Finally i have understood that i was cheated by Airtel Service center. I am not receiving the service for that i am paying a good amount of money. There are lots of complains about Airtel Data card, people regularly saying that they have been cheated by Airtel service center, but those guys are still sleeping.
Please help me, tell me what can i do to solve this problem.
