No reply after taking payment

I paid for virtual private server hosting service to them and i never recieved any reply or server or nothing from them... they are registered company..

I made several fone calls to numbers given on their site but no one had recieved... their fones are still on..I opened several tickets on their site to either return the payment or handover me the server but still they wont reply...
