Disturbance in line and frequent diconnection in dsl

We have been complaining since the last 9 days for disturbance in fixed line and frequent link breaks in internet connection on every complaint we have been asked 4 hours time and has been accepted that the complaint is still open and not yet resolved. on our insistence to talk with the service manager the call is neither being transferred to him nor his number is being given.so kindly take note and do the needful
