Speed of internet

Dear Sir,

I have taken tata photon whiz internet connection (9225859147) on date 06/08 due to Photon is not available in Aurangabad city (Maharashtra). My problem is that its net's speed is very slow and if i stop browsing internet for 5-10 min it speed goes to 0 and sometime i had to reconnect it. Besides computer become hang during downloading of anything through mail or internet and it also happens if we open 2-3 sites together.

So you are requested to do the needful the same.
