Theft, fraud and scamming

I have had this provider in calangute for nearly two years... he charges me 2500 rupees for my connection per month... collects 4 months in advance and then pays into my account 1 month at a time... at the end of each month we miss a few days because he doesnt renew on time... he then becomes non contactable... he now has my money and I have no service... and if and when he does contact me and re- enfgage the service it is always backdated to the day it was supposed to be renewed...

I have signed receipts from him till the end of november and am waiting still... he lies, doesnt show up on time and provides zero service even tho I am paying him over twice what the service costs
