Mr Dilip,
When a cancellation mail of the product has been send below why is the product despatched by courier. The courier has been returned today without opening with a comment on wrong product despatched/incorrect billed.
There was no point in accepting as per below mail.
Will request you to cancel the order as per below mail and as assured by your Mumbai office for doing the cancellation after recieving the afforesaid mail but the same has not been done. Please do the needful and intimate me with the reversal of amount in my credit card account.
In no circumstances I shall intend to shop any more with Sify if you bill on your own wish than what was ordered.
Before this becomes a big issue resolve it. I will not in any circumstances clear the credit card outstanding against your transaction.
Revert the amount in my account. I am not interested in making this issue.
