I am using the internet services of pune based internet service provide ICC Website address is -http://www.iccnetwork.net/.It is the worst internet service, which i have ever seen. Most of the time their services are not ok. No response while calling at their call centers. Last month my services was deactiveted since for i week, although I have paid them all service charge .while getting the no connectivity, when I called at their call centre, depite resolving the probelam, they started putting me into the confussion.
Ultimetly they convinsed by saying that Sir we will provide you the service extension. Again on 1 June 3 days back, I found my service disconnected, I called them up, but not one has come to resolve the issue. When I called up on 3 june for the connectivity problem, they told that since your account is expired so the services are oh hold.
Without any intemation viz no call, no SMS, no mail, they had disconnected my services. This is 3rd time they are doing, Since I had to complete some very very important, online assignment I had repeatedly requested them for re-connect my services and I was very much ready to for the service fees at that instance only but after so much request they replied it is not possible at all possible. When I informed them that I have not received any intimation they falsely claimed that my person had called you but you have not received the call, I told them that I am ready to give you my all details regarding incomming, outgoing and missed call, and I am ready to proof that, no call was given to me for renewal of account, he replied nothing.
Pls take is as a serious issue.
