Hi everyone!

Since Two years i have a problem with my internet connection.

So the last year, i choose the family plan of the BSNL company which provided me 20 GO download limit and 54 mbs/s of speed.

So one month, at the end of it, i receive my bill and in the internet charge, i had to paid 50 000 rps!!! I was shocked, truly schocked, i didn't even download 10 GO, that was unbelievable.

So i went to BSNL to ask if it was an error and they show me that i went into bad websites (you know where there is bad movies.

So i let it go and i paid my bill but now since Three month, i have a new problem, my internet is cutting sometimes and after come back and my speed is very low, it is really frustrating!!! And the last week internet were not coming for 5 days, i couldn't take it anymore so i changed my home plan into business plan and they said it was changed but when i test my speed limit it, i can see that it hasn't change!!! Like they haven't do something!!!

I can't take it anymore!!! Pls can someone help me!!!

Does that problem come for others BSNL customers???
