I am one of your small customer of Home plan sify brodaband internet user from last 1 yrs. Firts it was ok if was enjoyng your service but from last 2 month i am facing lot of problem in your internet services
During the reneval time before 2 days net automcatically line is disconnect after reneval it again continue for 10 days and agin it stops and during the reneval period before 2 days it starts to work to get moeny to sify acccounts and reneval, I have faced lot of problem form sep & oct in the month of Oct net is not working it worked only on 18/10 & 19/10 again stopeed. Your are reguested to look in to the matter cause reeval time is 01/11 but i have nrever used so why shoudl i pay the money. Sify peeople should write off fees for the month of Oct which i have areldy paid
Pls do the needful to continue my service. I am fed up of everytime calling the engineers and Customer support. Your immedaite action will be apprecaite. I am not telling that your cheating i like youe service but pls give response to small client als
