Amount is being deducted for not using gprs. since 3 months instead of many complaints. nearly rs 700 to 800 has been deducted

I Harish kumar M No 9844034180 from Bellary has given many complaints regarding deducting of amount for not using GPRS. I recive massage on mobile screen that ur data service charges is 9.430 .for using 45893kb when gprs is not even opend. it is daily scence 3 months &nearly rs 700 to 800 has been deducted. Please reply on my mobile no mentioned above.
